Publishing an ad is totally free.
What are the fees (management fees)?
A flat-rate fee of €12 is charged by the lost and found department of Caen Carpiquet airport, which has recovered your item: this fee covers the overall management of the found item, from recovery to final return to the loser.
When should they be set?
1- France Objets Trouvés' matching algorithm will determine whether lost and found ads are likely to match.
2- The loser must confirm that it is his object if this is the case.
3- The loser must therefore pay the matchmaking fees.
If, after verification, the item you paid for is not yours, you will be reimbursed on the card used for payment.

What are the shipping costs?
